The Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in the Hunter region offers mental health support for identified young people (0-17 years) in the public sector. CAMHS assesses and treats children and families dealing with emotional and psychological issues, providing services across community and inpatient settings to optimize mental health outcomes.

Link2home serves as a comprehensive, statewide helpline catering to homelessness inquiries throughout NSW. Its primary objective is to aid individuals who find themselves homeless or on the verge of homelessness by granting them access to specialized support services and accommodations.

Operating from 9am to 10pm every day, Link2home delivers a range of services including information dissemination, assessments of individual needs, and facilitation of referrals to various homelessness services across the state of NSW.

During the nighttime hours, from 10pm to 9am, Link2home continues to provide essential assistance. While referrals to accommodation and support services are not available during this time, the helpline remains a vital resource, offering information, assessments, and if necessary, connecting callers with emergency services to ensure their safety and well-being.
